Sitting Buddha..(with a Billy bokeh..)

This little Buddha sits on my window sill..
To get the bokeh effect,..I isolated the background,applied a black cloud filter..blurred it, and used the smudge tool,at various strengths to create the "flame" effects....10 mins.work..simple as pimples..
