This is the first of a small series of b/w images..using various filters..

OOOHHH!! This is so FABulous!! What filters? How'd you do the frame? What software? Excellent image, billybrilliant!! EXCELLENT!

@amy: O.K cutes..pull up a chair,pal..this could take some time..*-))
First I applied a b/w filter called "old photograph" in "fotofiltre"..my fave software..
Next,using Arcsoft's "Media Impression",I applied a simple glow...a yellow paint,at 25% opacity to the water..a pink paint at 20% opacity to the swans....darkened the reeds at approx.8%....and finally applied the frame using the same software...which, incidentally, was bundled with my camera....

The processing is very cool here - it makes me think of Leda and the Swan - some out of the collective unconscious, the age of legends, or what the Australians call the "dreamtime." Very thought-provoking, Billy!
