The Pink duck-billed Swaningo is a native species of Barry Island I believe.Their original Red-coat of plummage has faded to it´s now almost pink colour(a process that started in 1986,after Mr Billy Butlin left the island).The Pink Duck-billed Swaningo can now most often be sited wandering around the "Pleasure park" giving off it´s haunting cry(mostly in the summer evenings) of "HI-DI-HI HI-DI-HO"

Aaaaah Butlins..brings back fond memories for me,bach...I did a summer stint there when it first opened in '66...great times...I saw our good bach Owen Money on stage, but then he was only loose change..*-))

But I think you're wrong about it being a Swaningo. Isn't it really a Flamswango which was actually specially bred after the fiasco with Flamucks turning a most peculiar shade of puce? Hmmmm.....
Sometimes it's good to be a day late and a dollar short... All these comments are way too funny!! 'Tis a most brilliant and auspicious rare breed you have chanced upon.
