What have you done pp-ing here, Billy? I like the effect, but wouldn't have a clue how to get there.

@Viewfinder: hey VF--cheers pal--most of the shots I manipulate are trial and error,but this one took a little bit more effort
I greyscaled it and added a snowstorm overall effect and took the snowstorm level to extreme focus to acheive the "fairy look"
Then I added a "zebra skin" effect for the "aged" look
Then I recoloured with a sandstone finish

GORGEOUS! (said with a bronx accent: a la Barbra Streisand). You've got some amazing layers in this one. I can see some kind of texture over the walls, the sandstone tone is divine, and the fairy lights too perfect... not to mention that inner glow frame thing happening. Tons of work on this one billy and worth every trickle of sweat that dripped onto the keyboard of your laptop!!!!!! It really is perfect...

My mum still swears that she saw a fairy when she was a child. She's 82 and has never varied this story!! She'd love this and so do I!
