You know billy, this is a great shot! The blur gives the feeling of motion and just seeing the legs give the fun you know is being had a certain anonymity. Does that make sense? Too bad if don't .. 'cuz I know what I"m saying... LOL ;-) I likes it.

At least we know what the child looks like.....mini-me! Good capture here,the focus on the figures only accents the playfulness... and takes it beyond the snapshot realm.
