I'm not sure what type of a camera your using, but i would make sure your using it on it's manual setting(you might be in this pic but like i said, it's hard to tell). Now on to the picture:
Theres a few things id like to suggest. When your thinking about your compostition, think in thirds. its always good to never divide your picture in half. it detracts from the image. an inch up or down and your golden. i would say up because that unfocused branch in the bottom right is hurting your pic. nice sunset tho.
One obvious thing is mae sure your picture is in focus.
Your actual content is nice, kind of like "who knows whats gonn a happen in the future" type feel to it.
I'm not trying to be mean I'm trying to help make you a beter photographer, so take what i say with a grain of salt.... When I finished my first assignment for the first paper i worked for, my editor walked up to me and said"did you take anything that didnt suck?" first time i met the guy....
overall: 3/10
